Meininger Hotel Berlin Airport

Very modern, clean hotel with free wi-fi 5 mins from airport.

Despite having the cost of breakfast stated as 6 euros on our booking confirmation, when we went to reception to organise breakfast we were told that it would be 9.50 euros each. No apology or explanation given by staff for discrepancy. As a result chose to walk 20 meters to lovely bakery/cafe for fresh croissants, pastries tea and coffee at a fraction of the cost.

The rooms with a double bed and soundproof windows, for instance, superbly friendly staff at the night shift. Easy to reach from Berlin Brandenburg airport, 10 minutes drive.

Could have had better food but there is a kitchen to make your own from Aldi next door so no complaints

The free shuttle service from the airport made arrival smooth, and the kitchen facilities were handy for a family meal. However, noise from neighboring rooms disrupted our sleep.

Rooms were large and clean, excellent value for money

Even though the location was good for getting a flight the next day, it was still a taxi ride to the airport. However, they do a shuttle bus run (not sure on the cost) but we left very early in the morning when it was not in operation. Not a good location if you want to stay in the centre of Berlin.

Location great 3 mins from airport. Clean modern and everything you would want for a 1 night stay. Breakfast in cafe 50m away superb and only 4 Euros.

The room was clean and calm. We appreciated free wifi and kitchen (this was pleasant especially when we return from Berlin city center and needed to make a cup of tea). Although hotel is far from center, it is very easily reachable by S-Bahn (ca 30 min). Very useful is ALDI shop in the hotel bulding. Good value for money.

We had a really nice stay and would book here again, liked it. Our room had an exceptionally comfortable bed and a pleasant view. Asian cuisine was served in the authentic restaurant.

I had to go down to the reception to take my internet password. Quite expensive shuttle service to the airport (3€).

Comfortable accomodation for a reasonable price. Breakfast was very good and good value.

great central position for exploring berlin's attractions

I found it super convenient to walk to Friedrichswerdersche Kirche in less than 30 minutes. The nearby supermarket made it easy to grab snacks for my explorations.

First of all, I needed an affordable Hotel near the Airport which is why I stayed at this one. The room was big (enough), everything was new and therefore in good conditions and clean.The Hotel staff is probably not really educated in gastronomic but they were nice and helpful. This Hotel is great value for money and therefore highly recommendable! No doubt. (Also as we didn't need to pay any parking for one night (not common near airports)

The Hotel seems to offer only single beds (which they put next to each other as a double bed) we don't really like that, but it was sort of expected from the describtions and therefore not really something to complain, but rather note.

The hotel has a great guest kitchen and is close to the airport. Check-in was slow and the walls are thin.
